Following terms and conditions are applicable on Online Sale:

• All our products are 100% original and imported, prices are subject to change based on exchange rates.
• In case of wear and tear due to shelf life/ in transit to Pakistan, we will inform the customer beforehand.
• We reserve the right to reject any order without prior notice.
• No monetary refunds/exchange will be entertained.
• All orders are subjected to a delivery charge as stated below.
• Customers can place multiple orders but shipping charges will be charged for each order.

Delivery

• The costs of delivery are as displayed to you on the Website. However, please note that the cost is subject to change based on the courier company rates.
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control. While we strive to ensure that your orders reach you in 5 to 7 working days. However, we have no control over delays due to unforeseen external factors.
• Products may vary slightly from their pictures due to light effect, however we assure our customers of 100% genuine products.
